Mother's day is a holiday honoring motherhood that is observed in different forms throughout the world. in 2021 Mother's day were occurred on Sunday 9th of May.

Now the Mother's day just over. Personally I like the concept of celebration. But I really don't understand why we need a special day to celebrate. From kids to grown-ups all are celebrating on social media.

As my opinion nowadays whishing on mother's day is quite fashionable. By now Kids, Teenagers and all are tempered to send a printed card to their mothers. A printed card means nothing except that you are too lazy to write down something for women who has done more for you than anyone else in the world.

I feels like it's quite funnier. why do people show off love for their mother so much on social networks instead of actually spending time with her in all days.

Finally I would like to say mothers are the sweetest gift from god. And women who has done more for you than anyone else in this world. Most precious live we all have. Try to spend time with her whenever possible. Find out what she wants. Treat her with love and kindness. Then every day is like Mother's Day.

Beautiful Reservoir, DANDENIYA

  DANDENIYA LAKE  Dandeniya is a village in "Aparekka". Dandeniya tank, the water reservoir is one of tourist attraction place in Matara District. It's covers the area 42 acres. Despite all this it is very beautiful place to visit and have a weekend with friends together. The tank is 20km away from Matara town. It is a beautiful place.  And it would help if you always were careful enough to have fun while keeping the environment clean.  Please remember not to throw empty bottles, plastic waste, and trash.
